A 49-year-old woman, who may have been raped, was found lying on a bike trail in South Natomas, complaining of memory loss, Sacramento County sheriff's deputies re- ported.
A man was walking north on the Garden Highway near Gateway Oaks Drive at 9:25 p.m. March 11 when he found the victim lying in the west bike lane, the report said.
The woman couldn't remember her name or where she was. She complained of pain. She was taken to UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, the report said.
Two women were arrested March 18 after they walked out of Kohl's department store in North Natomas carrying unpaid merchandise, according to Sacramento police.
Amanda Catherine Tull, 20, and Kristina Marie Fasy, 21, allegedly concealed clothing and other merchandise in a stroller they were pushing inside the store at 4700 Natomas Blvd., said Officer Konrad Von Schoech, a police spokesman.
After walking out without paying for the goods, both suspects were detained by Kohl's security guards, who recovered the merchandise and summoned police, Von Schoech said.
Responding officers arrested the pair at 7 p.m.
Both were booked into the Sacramento County jail on suspicion of grand theft. They were released the next day on $5,000 bail each.
Tull lives in Sacramento's Pocket area, while Fasy resides in Antelope, according to booking sheets.
