The Sacramento Fine Arts Center will present watercolor artist William Vaughn Willis in an exclusive "Watercolor Expo" showing 20 original watercolor paintings.
The exhibit will run Tuesday through July 26 at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center, 5330-B Gibbons Drive.
During a special reception for the artist from 5 to 9 p.m. July 12, Willis will demonstrate a complete "start to finish" 4-foot-by-10-foot watercolor painting.
He will repeat this demonstration every Tuesday night of the show.
The gallery is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays.
The July show also will feature a special exhibit of paintings by the center's board of directors, all of whom are accomplished artists and donate their time to the center.
