On the Move: California ALL hires Ashley as CEO

Ruthe Catolico Ashley has been hired as chief executive officer of California ALL. The statewide nonprofit agency identifies, funds and creates opportunities for diverse students from preschool on up in careers in law, financial services and technology. Ashley previously worked as the diversity officer for external affairs at the California Public Employees' Retirement System.

The Sacramento County Airport System has named Lisa Stanton chief administrative officer and Michael La Pier chief operations officer. Stanton has been the airport's deputy director of administration and finance since 2004. La Pier worked as airport manager at St. George Municipal Airport in Utah. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the position.

Jan Arnold has been hired by AgreeYa Solutions as vice president of staffing services. She was founder and partner of Contract Professionals of California, which AgreeYa acquired. Arnold brings more than 16 years of business development management experience in the IT industry to the position.

e.Republic Inc. has promoted Lani Cauthen to publisher of Converge magazine. She also will direct sales and marketing for the company's Center for Digital Education. Cauthen brings more than 15 years experience to the position. Previously, she worked as an associate sales manager.

B.J. North has been hired as executive vice president and manager of retail banking at Plumas Bank. She will oversee the bank's branch network, marketing and investment services. North brings more than 30 years of experience to the position and specializes in business and product development.

Sally Alexander has been named vice president of payment systems at Golden 1 Credit Union. She has been working in financial services industry for more than 35 years and has served as vice president and senior vice president for several large financial institutions.

The California Department of Transportation has appointed Terry Abbott to chief of the division of design. He will develop and implement statewide design policies and procedures. Abbott has worked for Caltrans since 1984, when he was hired as an assistant engineer.

Skip Carleton has joined Nolte Associates as director of survey for Northern California. He will align, focus and build the survey group. Carleton brings more than 37 years of experience in land surveying and management to the position. He has been a survey manager for public and private sector projects for the past 20 years.

Donald Lounsbury has joined Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney as a senior trial counsel. He will specialize in litigation defense of individual professionals, health care institutions and corporations. Lounsbury has more than 35 years of legal experience.

LPA Sacramento Inc. has named Sandra Guy as interior design studio leader; Ken Bauer as principal; Brad Nelson as principal; Brady Smith as associate; and Martin Levy as associate.

Katz & Associates has hired Andrea Leiva as account coordinator; Sabrina Ramirez as operations coordinator; and Chardonnay Provine as project support. The firm also promoted Jessica Love to assistant account executive.

Ivette Gonzalez has been promoted to director of community service at Maloof Sports & Entertainment. She began with the company in 2004 as community service/public relations assistant. Most recently, Gonzalez was a community service programs manager.

Scottrade has promoted Doug Sosa to manage its Elk Grove branch. He is responsible for branch operations, managing personnel and providing customer service.
