On the Move: Hubbard to head California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation

Sacramento

Jim Hubbard of Sacramento has been named executive director of the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. He brings 17 years of experience to the position. Most recently, he was president of Prevent Blindness Texas.

Pacific West Management, a regional property management firm, has hired Mike Hawthorne of Foresthill as a district manager for the Northern California region.

Eric Stiff of Sacramento has been selected as shareholder-in-charge of Bullivant Houser PC.

Mindy Fletcher of Sacramento and San Diego has rejoined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as senior adviser to the firm's West Coast operations. Previously, she was deputy chief of staff of external affairs for Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and deputy campaign manager of his 2006 re-election campaign.

Martin Carr and Steven Belzer, both of Sacramento, have formed a law partnership, Belzer & Carr LLP.

McDonough Holland & Allen PC has hired for its real estate practice group: Andrew Mittler of Moraga, senior attorney; Meredith Felde of Sacramento, associate attorney; and Kenneth Zanotto of West Sacramento, associate. The firm also hired Donna Courville of Roseville as a senior attorney in the business services practice group.

Shaun Alley of Sacramento has joined InterWest Insurance Services as a commercial producer.

The Sacramento affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure has hired Sommer Hayes of Sacramento as coordinator for grants, volunteers and education programs and Dee Ann Kraus of Placerville as administrative assistant.

Sutter Medical Group has hired the following in Sacramento: Dr. Jennifer Cahn of West Sacramento, family medicine; Dr. Nitin Rohatgi of Elk Grove, medical director of breast cancer, skin malignancies and head and neck malignancies in the hematology/oncology department; Dr. John S. Lee of Sacramento, oncologist; and Dr. Lisa M. Guirguis of Sacramento, oncologist.

MTW Group has promoted Bryan Walker of Davis to project manager. He recently received his landscape architect's license.

Elk Grove

Dr. Karanbir Gill of Lodi has joined Sutter Medical Group as a pediatrician.
