The Citrus Heights Lions Club will be collecting unwanted eyeglasses during the Red, White and Blue Parade set for 9 a.m. June 28 along Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights.
Look for the Lions float and donate those unwanted eye-glasses. Glasses will be sanitized, processed and sent to people all over the world as part of the Lions' service in helping to fight blindness.
