Army Depot alumni sought

The Sacramento Army Depot Reunions Association will host its annual picnic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 7, next to the Officers Club, at the old Sacramento Army Depot, 8350 Fruitridge Road, Sacramento.
The picnic provides the opportunity for all former members of the "Depot Family" to return to the site where they worked for many years. Guided tours of the depot will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a catered barbecue lunch, white elephant drawing and an afternoon of fellowship and fun.
Advance lunch reservation cost of $14.50 per person is due by May 31, or participants can bring their own lunch. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Participants should enter at the gate on Florin Perkins Road and follow the signs.
