McClaskey Adult School is offering free computer classes that allow students to decide what they want to learn.

Late-model PC and Apple computers are available, and instructors are prepared to deal with complex problems or the most basic matters, according to a press release.

McClaskey, a unit of the Sacramento City Unified School District, is at 52nd and J streets. Enrollment is open year-round to anyone older than 18, whether or not they are a resident of the district. There are two classes a week, morning or evening. Each class lasts three hours.

To enroll, call (916) 277-6625.
