910 I St., Central City, arrest. Charles Ray Lewis, 56, who is homeless, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Aug. 12 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, trespassing on railroad property and possessing narcotics paraphernalia.
600 block of Hayes Avenue, near Norwood Avenue, Del Paso Heights, arrest. Dustin D. Rodis, 33, of the 3300 block of Scotland Drive, Antelope, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Aug. 12 on suspicion of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
1400 block of Sutterville Road, Land Park, arrest. Melissa Loree Wilkinson, 22, of the 8600 block of Kiwi Circle, Elk Grove, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Aug. 12 on suspicion of being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, failing to appear, having an unlicensed dog, petty theft and possessing narcotics paraphernalia.
2500 block of Kirk Way, northeast of Meadowview Road and 21st Street, arrest. Dwayne Evans Oneal, 23, of the above location was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility, failure to appear in court, driving without registration, battery against a peace officer, evasion of fare payment and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
4000 block of Norwood Avenue, near Interstate 80, arrest. Marlon Tito Raye, 35, of the 2100 block of 55th Avenue, Airport, was arrested at 4:51 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of purchasing or receiving a stolen vehicle, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy and driving without a license.
300 block of Blackbird Lane, Pocket area, arrest. Joseph David Vandiver, 22, of the above location was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily harm.
Moontree Drive and Urbana Way, South Natomas, arrest. Tyrone Joseph Alves, 21, of the 3400 block of Shadow Tree Drive, South Natomas, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale, vehicle theft, buying or receiving stolen property and receiving a known stolen vehicle.
16th and O streets, Fremont Park, arrest. Carl Canady, 29, of Essen Way, Valley Hi, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale, failure to appear in court and evasion of fare payment.
Huntsman and Parfait drives, Rosemont, arrests. Roderick Jerrod Wiseman, 19, of the 9100 block of Bramwell Way, North Natomas, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 2 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily harm. Kavon Marshawn Cobb, 18, of the 10300 block of Mills Tower Drive, Rancho Cordova, was arrested at the same time on suspicion of speeding, driving without a license, failure to appear in court and battery with bodily injury.
15th and R streets, Fremont Park, arrest. Tony Edward Mares, 35, of the 2100 block of New Hampshire Way, North Natomas, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 3 on suspicion of carrying loaded firearms, possessing a controlled substance for sale, carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle and possessing an unregistered firearm.
Broadway and 26th Street, Curtis Park, arrest. Jasmine Monica Casas, 27, of Decathlon Circle, northwest of Mack Road and Franklin Boulevard, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 3 on suspicion of driving with a license that had been suspended for driving under the influence, failure to appear in court, driving under the influence, evasion of fare payment and battery on a peace officer.
Stanhope Way and Pebblewood Drive, South Natomas, arrest. Estevon Edwardo Gonzalez, 18, of the 100 block of Santiago Avenue, North Sacramento, was arrested at 4 a.m. Aug. 3 on suspicion of importing, selling or possessing deadly weapons.
7500 block of Franklin Boulevard, north of Mack Road, arrest. Michael Brown Estorga, 27, of the 7600 block of Franklin Boulevard was arrested at 9:05 a.m. Aug. 3 on suspicion of alcohol-related reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and hit-and-run driving that resulted in property damage.
