The following information was provided by the Sacramento Police Department and the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department from reports available for public review.

• Watt Avenue and Palm Street, North Highlands, arrest. Phalan Marie Aparicio, 19, of the 9400 block of Alcosta Way, northeast of Folsom Boulevard and Mayhew Road, was arrested at 1 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of driving under the influence, evading a peace officer in a reckless manner and hit-and-run driving that resulted in property damage.

• 5500 block of Harrison Street, north of Madison Avenue, North Highlands, arrest. Latisha Renee Johnson, 22, who is homeless, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of burglary and battery.

• Lytle Street and Ferran Avenue, Meadowview, arrest. Pupunu Fatukala, 23, of the 7700 block of 19th Street, north of Meadowview Road, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale, driving with a suspended license, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, being armed in the commission of a felony, possessing an unregistered firearm and carrying a concealed firearm.

• Rio Linda Boulevard and Roanoke Avenue, Del Paso Heights, arrest. Manuel Rowan, 46, of the 3700 block of Cypress Street, Del Paso Heights, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of motor vehicle theft.

• 3200 block of X Street, Oak Park, arrest. Jose A. Jaramillo, 31, of the above location was arrested at 9:15 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of possessing marijuana or hashish for sale, vehicle theft, possessing a controlled substance, possessing a loaded firearm and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person.

• 700 block of Ninth Street, Central City, arrest. Jeremy Oliver Lewis, 28, of Bakersfield was arrested at 9:30 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of possessing or purchasing cocaine for sale, possessing a controlled substance and possessing a loaded firearm.

• 3500 block of San Jose Way, Oak Park, arrest. Louie Alvin Daniels, 33, of the above location was arrested at 11:15 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of burglary and driving with a suspended license.

• 6800 block of Black Duck Way, North Highlands, arrest. Phillip Wayne Ellis, 53, of the above location was arrested at 11:15 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of causing death or injury while driving under the influence.

• 44th Street and Lemon Hill Avenue, Lemon Hill, arrest. Lawrence Gregory Estrada, 47, who is homeless, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. March 19 on suspicion of robbery and parole violation.

• 6500 block of 23rd Street, Airport, arrest. Anthony Robinson, 22, was arrested at 3 p.m. March 19 on suspicion of first- and second-degree robbery, false imprisonment, threats involving great bodily harm and preventing or dissuading someone from giving testimony.

• 24th Street and Meadowview Road, Meadowview, arrest. Glenn Ranae Chatman, 23, of the 2100 block of Vollan Way, northwest of Meadowview Road and 24th Street, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. March 19 on suspicion of carrying a loaded and concealed firearm in a vehicle, participating in a criminal street gang, buying or receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• 18th and E streets, Boulevard Park, arrest. Mark James Dellavedova, 48, of Stockton was arrested at 11:52 p.m. March 19 on suspicion of possessing burglary tools and parole violation.

• 2700 block of South Meadows Place, south of Florin Road and east of 29th Street, arrest. Bridgette Renee Howard, 38, of the 2900 block of South Meadows Place, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. March 18 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon with the likelihood of great bodily harm, probation violation and vandalism.

• Arena Boulevard and El Centro Road, North Natomas, arrest. Seth Peter Shannon, 19, of Olivehurst in Yuba County was arrested at 8:07 a.m. March 18 on suspicion of receiving stolen property, probation violation, motor vehicle theft and hit-and-run with property damage.
