Loring Scribner, Jr.
IN MEMORIAMS: Loring Scribner, Jr of Sacramento born April 22, 1921, died 10 years ago today, June 18. Loyal, loving father to Vance, Terri and Lori, and husband, Loring was a Navy veteran who was proud to serve his country in WWII in the Pacific Theatre. Loring loved to read, work on cars, Volkswagens, and especially loved to travel. He, along with family, spent many weeks on the road to places like Mexico and many of America's National Parks in one of the many Airstream trailers he owned over his adult life. In his later years, Loring and his wife Sally took many winter trips to Yuma and Tucson, Arizona where they enjoyed the desert climate. He was a voracious reader who had an eye for designing single family homes, and was an architect, builder and retired from the State of California, General Services Administration in the early 1980s. IN MEMORIAMS: IN HONOR OF Jay & Clara Massman Happy Father's Day, Dad. Happy 70th Anniversary, Mom and Dad. My dad had the most beautiful heart, and it was an honor to call him my father. He created a wonderful life for all of us. My mom and dad shared a very loving life together for almost 64 years. June 19th would have been their 70th, and it would have been quite a celebration! Loving you forever and ever, your daughter Patty More info Email a friend |
