How much is this worth?

What: Collectors are invited to bring quilts, pre-1920s clothing, jewelry and family photos and other treasures to the Folsom History Museum for an informal evaluation by volunteer appraisers at the "Out of Grandma's Trunk" fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit the museum.

Where: 823 Sutter St., Folsom.

When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cost: $8 per evaluation; $35 for eight evaluations.

Food on the go

What: SactoMoFo 5, the ongoing series of mobile food truck fairs, returns to the city, featuring more than two dozen mobile food vendors, a beer garden, live music, an arts-and-crafts fair and a "kids corner" with a video game truck. Between 8,000 and 10,000 attended the previous edition of SactoMoFo.

Where: Sixth and X streets, Sacramento.

When: Noon to 7 p.m.

Cost: No admission charge (food available for purchase). Parking is free if participants donate school supplies or canned/packaged food to the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services. Parking $2 without donation. There will be free street parking in the neighborhood.


Bid for pink jerseys

What: The Sacramento River Cats will wear pink jerseys during their game with the Tucson Padres. As a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness and research, an in-game autographed jersey auction will take place. There will also be fireworks after the game.

Where: Raley Field, 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento.

When: 7:05 p.m.

Cost: Tickets $5 to $65.



Antiques at fundraiser

What: The 38th annual Truckee Antiques Show continues with more than 50 exhibitors from nine states selling a variety of merchandise, such as rare slot machines, American and European furniture, American folk art and the like. The event is a fundraiser for Truckee High School's scholarship, academic and sports programs.

Where: Truckee High School, 11725 Donner Pass Road.

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Cost: Admission $5.


Wine, cheese and more

What: Gourmet wine and food shopping can be found at the Wine, Cheese and Bread Faire in Clarksburg. Cheesemakers from the California Cheese Guild and area bakers will suggest the best pairings for Delta wines. Producers of specialty chocolates, olive oils, nuts, coffee and teas, spices and other locally made fare will also sell their wares.

Where: 35265 Willow Ave., Clarksburg.

When: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Cost: Tickets $25 online, $30 at the door.
