Beat the heat for cheap: Public pool locations, hours

This weekend, the National Weather Service is expecting temperatures in the Sacramento region to reach as high as 104 degrees. The NWS also expects low humidity and breezy conditions.

With three days of triple-digit heat, relief might be just a short walk or ride away. Many of the area's pools won't open until the middle of the month, but some opened over the past two weeks, providing an escape from the heat.

Check out the map for locations and hours of public pools, and see our list of the pools that are already open.
