Participants in this year's NorCal AIDS Cycle, a 330-mile bike ride to benefit HIV/AIDS organizations, raised $300,000, a spokeswoman said Sunday.

The ride culminated in a ceremony Sunday at the state Capitol.

The four-day ride drew 150 cyclists and 75 volunteer crew members. The total amount raised was up 20 percent over the 2011 event, spokeswoman Bonnie Osborn said.
