Sacramento State president Alexander Gonzalez was chosen for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities Hall of Champions. The hall honors those who have transformed and expanded opportunities for Hispanic students. Among his accomplishments: expanded the role of Sacramento State’s Serna Center, which focuses on Hispanic education, service and policy issues.
