Dedicated to blooming bonsai, this beautiful show features flowering azaleas and other shrubs, artfully trained to stay small. Demonstrations by bonsai master Yuzo Maruyama at 1:30 p.m. each day. Also find plants and supplies for sale.

Admission: $3 per car
Celebrate life on the farm at this 145-acre historic ranch. See vintage tractors, mule teams, draft horses, farm animals and more. Tractor parade at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Vendors and crafters offer items for sale in addition to a tool and farm equipment swap meet.

This guided history tour focuses on the pioneer lawmen buried in Sacramento’s oldest cemetery and their famous cases. Also, catch the cemetery’s famous gardens in late spring bloom.

Join the Arboretum Ambassadors for a family-friendly exploration of the roles bees and hummingbirds play in the arboretum’s gardens. Bring a camera or phone for a flower scavenger hunt.
