Can't get enough of Bodie? Now you can get your own Bodie T-shirt.

A former police officer-turned-artist has designed a T-shirt honoring the Sacramento police K-9, who was shot by a fleeing suspect in Land Park in May. Bodie continues to recover at home with his handler, Sacramento police Officer Randy Van Dusen.

According to the artist's website, a portion of the sales – $5 from each shirt – will benefit the Sacramento Police Canine Association, a nonprofit group that has been helping to cover the costs of Bodie's care. The group also helps pay for training for current police K-9s and for the medical care of retired dogs.

The shirts were designed by Rose Borisow, who is a Facebook "fan" of the Sacramento Police Canine Association, said police Sgt. Steve Oliveira.

According to Borisow's website, T-shirts are available for $23, and long-sleeved shirts are available for $28. Sweat shirts also are available. To purchase a shirt, go to
