Twinks is convinced she can be the next “Grumpy Cat.” Her adorable expression will catch your attention right away. She is about 5 years old and is one of the longtime residents at the Sacramento SPCA.

Twinks is a pretty independent girl; she doesn’t require lots of attention. She is looking for a home without other cats as she enjoys being the only feline in the home.

Adoption special: All adult cats (over 1 year old) are just $5 until Thursday. This includes spay/neuter, microchip, license and vaccinations.
