SPCA Pet of the Week: Tickles

Meet Tickles! She’s a sweet, senior dog looking for a home to spend her golden years. Tickles (a Chihuahua mix) was left outside of the shelter in May and it was clear that she needed some help. Tickles was severely obese (so much so that they thought she was pregnant at first).
After spending some time with our medical team, Tickles has since recovered and is looking for a calm home with other friendly dogs. She truly is a lap dog and enjoys walks, is great on a leash and, mostly, just wants to spend her days with you. Come meet her at the Sacramento SPCA, 6201 Florin Perkins Road (open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays), or online at www.sspca.org
