The Noise Pop Music Festival, dedicated to independent music, film and art, kicks off in the San Francisco Bay Area on Thursday, Feb. 18, and runs through Feb. 28. Artists such as Carly Rae Jepson and Metric will perform at venues throughout the city.
Feb. 22’s lineup includes a David Bowie tribute party at the Independent (8 p.m.; 628 Divisadero St., San Francisco) featuring a screening of the Bowie concert documentary “Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars” and a performance by cover band Everyone Is Bowie.
Individual event tickets can be purchased at the door or online. All-access badges, starting at $55, are also available for purchase online.
