The short question: Can we get enough chocolate?
The shorter answer: Never.
Cocolate-lovers can prove their passion at the inaugural Sacramento Chocolate Salon, a spread of “artisanal, gourmet and premium” chocolates on offer from more than 20 chocolatiers, confectioners and wineries.
Look for chocolate and wine tastings, presentations by chefs and authors, chocolate-making demonstrations, and ongoing interviews conducted for TasteTV's ChocolateTelevision program.
Bring your sweet tooth to the Citizen Hotel, 926 J St., Sacramento, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 25. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Go to www.sacramentochocolatesalon.com.
