A bridge dinner with the Hornets

Sacramento State student Amanda Wagenknecht places stemware on a table on Guy West Bridge before a farm-to-fork dinner Wednesday – a mini-version of the Tower Bridge event over the Sacramento River.

The proceeds from the 150-seat and $50 per person dinner benefit the campus Associated Students Inc. Food Pantry.

Besides the view of the American River, the dinner features sustainable, locally sourced ingredients prepared by Sacramento State Students.

The sold-out fourth annual Tower Bridge dinner for 784 people, tickets priced at $199 per person, is September 25.
