Sunday Single: Tonight's the night for Showcase

The day of the week is different, but the song remains the same. Sunday Single Showcase is a night of live music in a talk-show format, hosted by The Bee's Chris Macias. The show usually goes down on the second Sunday of the month at Old Ironsides, but we're flipping the script this time. So head to Old Ironsides tonight for a cool bill and some visitors from "across the pond."
First up is Abdoujaparov, an alternative-rock band from England that features Les Carter, formerly of Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine. Capping the night is Sacramento's The Evening Episode, an indie-electronic group with fantastic vocals and one of the most captivating bands around.
