The ThinkHouse Collective, a midtown Sacramento office space for local artists and entrepreneurs, will close at the end of the day on Friday.
Janna and Jeremy Maron, co-founders of the co-working business at 1617 18th St., posted the news on the collective’s website.
In a statement, they said: “It’s been a great four years, and we have done many incredible things. We feel honored to have been a small part of fostering the indie business community in a city that we love.”
ThinkHouse provided numerous office amenities to prospective entrepreneurs, business people and others who could operate on-site without absorbing the full financial burden of an independently leased/owned office.
The co-founders noted that they are involved in numerous “creative interests and projects” and were finding it increasingly difficult to also devote major portions of time to ThinkHouse.
