The actress and her husband, producer Alan Hamel are putting their longtime desert home up for auction Jan. 31. There is no minimum price set for the property that once listed for as much as $35 million.

Tech billionaire Larry Ellison has been cleared to buy the Cal Neva Resort & Casino for $35.8 million. The resort, which straddles the California-Nevada border and includes a 10-story hotel tower and a small casino, has sat idle since 2013. When Frank Sinatra owned the resort, it was an unofficial playground for Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and others connected to Sinatra’s legendary Rat Pack.
