Residents can comment on the initial study for the Highway 65 widening project at 9 a.m. at the Placer County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Ave., Auburn. The state Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency, has prepared the study.
