What should you eat to protect the aging brain against developing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
As part of the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Center’s ongoing distinguished lecture series, Dr. Martha Clare Morris – a professor of epidemiology and director of Rush University Medical Center’s nutritional epidemiology section – will speak about her two decades of research on foods that contribute to brain health and protect against dementia.
Morris is a pioneer in research on dietary risk factors and their link to Alzheimer’s.
The hour-long lecture will begin at 6 p.m. June 11 on the UCD Medical Center campus in Sacramento – at 4610 X St., room 1222. The lecture is free but requires reservations.
