Rocklin police arrested a fourth person Thursday suspected in a string of 22 crimes committed across the city between the evening of Feb. 28 and the morning of March 1.
Devin Davis, 19, was arrested at his home in Rocklin Thursday afternoon in connection with the crimes, ranging from vandalism to burglary. The other three suspects, Tyler Barber, 19, a 17-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, were arrested on Monday, according to the department.
On Sunday, the Rocklin Police Department reported that the suspects had broken in to three homes, stolen two vehicles and at least two bicycles, and spray painted several cars and buildings, though the original tally was 15 crimes. Some of the stolen property has been recovered but a gray 2008 Acura RDX remains missing and is believed to be in the Sacramento area.
Rocklin police said tips from the public led to the arrests.
“I could not be more pleased with the performance of our officers investigating this case and the wonderful Rocklin residents who called in with tips that lead to the capture of these felons,” Rocklin Chief of Police Ron Lawrence said in a statement.
