    A white Honda was pulled from the Sacramento River near the Miller Park boat ramp on Friday, March 10, 2017, the Sacramento Fire Department said. Spokesman Chris Harvey said it's unclear how long the car has been submerged. It is also unclear if the car was stolen, he added.
