Placer County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue ground team works their way up the side of the hill on a grid search Sunday morning. They’re looking for evidence related to the human remains discovered on Saturday. Hikers found the skeletal remains of a human body along Foresthill Road between Upper and Lower Lake Clementine roads, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office reported. The condition of the remains suggests they had been there for a long time, said Lt. Andrew Scott. Placer County Sheriff County
