A: Arnold Broden, Igor Petrovski and Isbella Restani were arrested Sept. 25, 2013, when the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department’s multi-agency drug task force served search warrants in the 8000 block of Voula Way in Wilton.
As a result of the investigation, local and federal task force investigators seized more than 100 marijuana plants and more than $80,000 in cash, as well evidence of sales, possession for sales and cultivation of marijuana, two handguns and a shotgun, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release.
Sacramento Superior Court online records show that in September 2014, Broden and Restani each pleaded no contest to one count of possession of marijuana for sale. Each was sentenced to 365 days in a sheriff’s work project and five years probation. Petrovski, who pleaded no contest to one count of possession of concentrated cannabis, was sentenced to 60 days in a sheriff’s work project and three years probation.
