The woman who was struck and killed by a Comcast pickup truck Thursday night on Bradshaw Road has been identified as Tyesha Keola Shanks, 33, of Sacramento, according to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.

A 2000 GMC Sierra truck driven by Comcast employee Kenneth Palmer allegedly plowed through the number three lane, killing the victim instantly, the California Highway Patrol said.

Palmer, 53, of Oakley was later arrested on suspicion of DUI and booked into Sacramento County Jail on a misdemeanor DUI. He has since been released.
