Citrus Heights police are asking the public’s help in locating a 21-year-old woman who went missing Sunday night.
Holly Mitchell (pictured) was last seen at her apartment in the 6300 block of Birdcage Street. She reportedly left her residence sometime during the night.
Mitchell is considered at risk because of mental disabilities, according to a Police Department news release.
She is described as 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with the image of an animal embroidered on the front, a short red plaid skirt and high-topped brown suede boots.
She does not drive and is known to ride buses with her family, police said.
Anyone with information regarding Mitchell’s whereabouts is asked to call the Citrus Heights Police Department at (916) 727-5500.
