One of four men facing felony pandering charges pled guilty in state court last week. Yoon Chin, 55, of Sacramento County was sentenced to three years in state prison, according to the state Attorney General’s office.
Prosecution of the three alleged partners is ongoing, the Attorney General’s office said.
In June, Chin was arrested on suspecition of pimping young women at homes in Sacramento and San Mateo counties. Facing the same charges are Xiu Juan Bai, 43, and Ken Wong, 58, of Sacramento County; and Zhi Liu, 49, of San Mateo County.
