An Elk Grove man is behind bars after allegedly receiving and distributing child pornography, authorities said.
Humberto Lozano, 25, was arrested and booked into Sacramento County Main Jail late Friday. He is being charged with three felony counts of receipt and distribution of child pornography.
The Sheriff’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip that Lozano was trading child pornography with others via the Internet, officials said. Detectives searched Lozano’s home in Elk Grove, but discovered he had recently moved.
Authorities found Lozano at his office in Granite Bay, where he was taken into custody. Lozano is being held without bail.
Anyone with information pertaining to Lozano and any unlawful activity is being asked to contact the High-Tech Crimes Task Force at (916) 874-3002.
