Multiple drug-related counts in Roseville arrest

Auburn Police detectives making an arrest on three Placer County warrants on Friday tacked on multiple drug-related counts at the scene.
Detectives arriving at the 1300 block of Avenida Alvarado in Roseville said their arrest of Michael Owen, 27, also led to the discovery that Owen was in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.
Owen was booked into the Placer County Jail for the warrants, plus possession of illicit narcotics, being under the influence of illicit narcotics, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia.
