Man killed by Amtrak train is identified

The Sacramento County Coroner Saturday identified the man killed Friday morning by an Amtrak train as Jonathan Michael Trotter, 38.
Trotter was struck by the passenger train at about 7 a.m., at the railroad tracks near Elder Creek and Power Inn roads. Service was delayed on the north-south route as officials took custody of the body and investigated the incident.
