An Orangevale man who was reported missing since last Tuesday was found safe in Citrus Heights Saturday.

Eric Federman, 25, was last seen at the corner of Olson Drive and Zinfandel Drive in Rancho Cordova on Feb. 4. He was believed to be headed home at the time. He doesn’t have a vehicle, so he travels via public transit or friends. He was reported missing Friday after family and friends had no contact with him, and his cell phone was no longer active. He was considered at-risk as he had disappeared under circumstances that were inconsistent with his established patterns of behavior.

He was located around 10 p.m. Saturday night at the Lucky Derby Casino, 78433 Greenback Lane, in Citrus Heights, according to Sgt. Deborah Johnson with Sacramento County Sheriff’s office. Federman had been in and out of the casino several times in the past week, and was considered a regular at the business. It was not known where he was staying since his disappearance.
