Two brothers from Sacramento were indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on charges of unlawfully manufacturing and selling firearms.
Luis Cortez Garcia, 44, and Emiliano Cortez Garcia, 37, are also charged as undocumented immigrants in possession of firearms, and the younger brother is charged of being a felon in possession of firearms.
Among the weapons and accessories they made and sold were short-barreled rifles, machine guns, and silencers, according to the indictment.
