A man was chased at knifepoint in Sacramento for looking at another man's female companion, according to Sacramento police.
Sacramento police said that Jerry Green, 59, was at a gas station about 10 p.m. Sunday near 25th Avenue and Franklin Boulevard with a woman when he noticed another man looking at her.
Unhappy with the man casting his eyes in the direction of the woman, Green used a knife to threaten and then chase him, according to a police activity log. Officers arrived and arrested him, booking Green into jail and the knife into evidence.
Green was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, threats to commit a crime resulting in death or great bodily injury and carrying a concealed knife.
