Sacramento police identify suspect in South Natomas fatal shooting

Sacramento police have identified the suspect arrested Thursday in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in South Natomas on Wednesday morning as 19-year-old Sean Kelly.
Kelly was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
Police allege Kelly is responsible for the fatal shooting of Romainia Tyson, 39, in the 1300 block of Pebblewood Drive about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Tyson was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead later in the afternoon.
Officer Doug Morse said detectives are not clear on the motive behind the shooting.
