Folsom police announced the arrests of four people and seizure of an estimated $1.1 million worth marijuana plants after warrants were served at four residences this morning.
Three of the residences were in Folsom – on Hopper Lane, Rathbone Circle and Marsh Hawk Drive – and the fourth was on Linus Way in Carmichael, according to a Police Department news release. Investigators found marijuana cultivation operations at the homes on Hopper Lane and Rathbone Circle and seized 369 marijuana plants with an estimated annual yield worth more than $1.1 million, police said.
Chin Wong, 53, his wife Robitah Mohd-Khatib, 54, and Arnel Alano, 50, all of Folsom, were arrested, as well as Di Li, 39, of Carmichael. All four were booked into Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of conspiracy to cultivate marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
