South Lake Tahoe police are asking the public’s help in finding a woman who has been missing since Tuesday.

Ruth Anne Scudder has moderate mental disabilities, which may affect her judgment, and she speaks slowly, according to a Police Department news release. She is reported to frequently use BlueGo services for transportation.

Scudder is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with blond hair and green eyes. It is not known what she was wearing when she left her residence.

Anyone with information regarding Scudder’s whereabouts is asked to call the South Lake Tahoe Police Department at (530) 542-6100.
