Was anyone ever arrested for the shooting of Clark Hammer on Dec. 31, 2012? This occurred near Florin Mall Drive at Sheldon Park.

No arrests have been reported in the shooting death of 49-year-old Clark Jay Hammer.
According to accounts in The Bee, Sacramento County sheriff’s dispatchers received a call shortly before 2 a.m. Dec. 31, 2012 from an individual saying that he had been shot and was in a park near Florin Mall Drive.
Deputies tracked the call to the 6000 block of Orange Avenue and found Hammer in Sheldon Park with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
