The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department asks the public’s help in finding an 11-year-old Rosemont girl.

Cassandra Murrill left her home in the 3700 block of South Port Drive without permission Thursday night, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release. She is considered at-risk due to her age and because she has no pattern of disappearing. Authorities said she also may be with people who pose a threat to her welfare.

Murrill is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 102 pounds, with long, straight brown hair and blue eyes. She may be in the company of a male 17 to 19 years old who drives a van.

Anyone with information regarding Murrill’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at (916) 874-5115.
