Elk Grove police seek help finding man who suffers from schizophrenia

Elk Grove police ask the public’s help in finding a 57-year-old man who suffers from schizophrenia and dementia.

Michael Pete was reported missing at 1:30 p.m. Sunday from the 9300 block of Quintanna Court. He was last seen about 3 p.m. Monday in the 7400 block of Laguna Boulevard, according to a Police Department news release.

Pete is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan polo shirt, brown pants and glasses.

Anyone with information regarding Pete’s whereabouts is asked to call the Elk Grove Police Department dispatch center at (916) 691-5246.
