Ione police are asking the public’s help in finding a 60-year-old woman who has been missing from her home in the Amador County community since Sunday.

Ja’Nice Bentley left her residence about 8 p.m. driving a red 2009 Chrysler 300 with California disabled license plate DP297AP, according to a Police Department news release, and she has not been seen since.

Bentley is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a terrycloth cover-up.

Police said she is considered at-risk due to the circumstances of her disappearance.

Anyone with information regarding Bentley’s whereabouts is asked to call the local law enforcement agency or the Amador County Dispatch Center at (209) 223-6513.
