The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department reports that an 8-year-old boy reported missing from his Rosemont residence has been found and is safe.
Eduardo “Tito” Avalos walked away about noon from his home in the 4100 block of Justin Way.
Eduardo was considered at-risk because he has autism, does not communicate and functions at the level of a 3-year-old, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
