Two males in their twenties were injured Saturday morning in a shooting in the 2800 block of Provo Way.

The Sacramento Police Department received a call around 5:10 a.m. Investigators found that multiple shooters shot at the house and at one of the victims, who was in the street. The house is near Martin Luther King Jr. park.

One man, who is reported to have sustained a life-threatening wound to the head, was taken to hospital by his family members. The second man was transported by fire personnel. Their conditions were not available Saturday afternoon.

The Sacramento Police Department suspects that the shooting was not random.
