The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to finding a Sacramento-area woman who went missing after telling her daughter that she feared for her safety.

Stacy Welsh, 49, was last seen by her mother on June 16 and last heard from by her daughter on July 4. Welsh told her daughter during a phone call that she feared for her safety, according to county officials. Welsh’s residence is unknown, but she has lived in Orangevale.

Welsh is considered at-risk because is unusual for Welsh to not be in contact with her family, according to county officials.
