Davis school trustees will vote Thursday on a contract extension to 2017 for Superintendent Winfred B. Roberson Jr., according to their agenda.

Roberson, a former Davis Senior High School principal, first became superintendent of the Davis Joint Unified School District in 2010. District board trustees renewed his contract in 2012 in a three-year, $178,000-a-year deal that was set to expire in June 30, 2015.

The latest agreement sets his pay at $181,560 a year, plus a one-time bonus payment of $7,160, according to the agenda item.

The contract would have a retroactive start date of July 1 and end on June 30, 2017.
